All content provided on this Platform is strictly informational and should not be construed as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions.

ClayCoin is a community utility token with limited, curated use cases, and its value is subject to community engagement and platform defined utility. We do not guarantee any monetary worth, liquidity, or exchangeability beyond what is explicitly outlined within participating programs.

3. Program Participation Disclaimer

ClayCoin issuance, redemptions, and discounts are offered at the sole discretion of participating businesses. We do not warrant or guarantee:

  • The actions of participating merchants

  • The value or usability of ClayCoin tokens in any form

Participation in the ClayCoin or SynergyCard ecosystem is entirely voluntary. All users and businesses agree that we are not liable for:

  • Lost transactions

  • Failure to earn or redeem rewards

  • Technical issues related to wallets or merchant systems

  • Disputes between users and merchants

4. Business Participation & Conduct

Participating businesses agree to operate with transparency and good faith. However, we are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of business promotions

  • Terms of individual merchant offers

  • Quality or safety of goods/services

  • Refunds or return policies

All arrangements between users and merchants are independent of the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages or losses resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Platform

  • Misinterpretation of token value

  • Participation in redemption events or promotions

  • User actions, business practices, or third-party integrations

This includes indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. No Guarantee of Earnings or Outcomes

We make no warranties or guarantees explicit or implied regarding:

  • Increase in income or economic outcomes

  • Redemption availability or success

  • Consistency in merchant participation

7. User Accounts & Security

Users may be required to connect a digital wallet or use the SynergyCard. Users are solely responsible for:

  • Securing wallet credentials and account access

  • Maintaining up-to-date personal information

  • Reporting unauthorized activity

We are not responsible for lost coins due to wallet mismanagement, security breaches, or third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, content, and code associated with ClayCoin and the SynergyCard Platform are the intellectual property of Marc Norsworthy & Co. unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

9. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any part of the program at any time without notice. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute arising from use of the Platform will be handled in the appropriate courts within Clayton County, GA.
